Exhibit A · The Course

Stop guessing hair colour.
Start predicting it.

The Colour Crime Framework is the diagnostic system professional hairdressers use to read the canvas, control the result and stop panicking at the backwash. Not another formula dump. A way of thinking.

· Self-paced· UK-trained· Payment plans available· Built for professionals
The Problem

Most colour mistakes don't start in the mixing bowl.
They start before the formula is even weighed.

The Old Way · Guessing
  • "What formula did you use for this picture?"
  • "What toner cancels out orange?"
  • "I'll just put some ash on it and hope."
  • "The hair looks fine, let's go straight in with 30 vol."
The CSI Way · Investigating
  • "What is the canvas I'm actually working on?"
  • "What residue is sitting on the hair from past services?"
  • "What does my strand test tell me?"
  • "What method gets the result with the least damage?"

You're not lazy. You're not untalented. You've just never been given a system to think under pressure. That's what this fixes.

The Solution

The Colour Crime Framework is not more information.
It's a decision system.

Five stages. One diagnostic order. Every colour service, every client, every time. Stop relying on memory. Start relying on evidence.

The C.R.I.M.E. Framework

Five stages. One repeatable order.

C
Exhibit 01

Canvas

What hair are you actually working on? Starting level, condition, porosity, section differences, underlying pigment.

R
Exhibit 02

Residue

What's sitting in or on the hair? Artificial pigment, direct dye, toner stain, minerals, build-up, colour history.

I
Exhibit 03

Investigation

What evidence do you need before you commit? Strand testing, elasticity, porosity, history, risk level.

M
Exhibit 04

Method

What route gives the result with the least damage? Technique, timing, developer logic, sectioning, toning.

E
Exhibit 05

Execution

How do you control the result in real time? Application, saturation, processing checks, backwash decisions.

What changes in the salon

By the end, you stop reacting to colour.
You start running it.

01Predict lift behaviour before you mix
02Control toners instead of crossing your fingers
03Stop corrections spiralling into bigger corrections
04Read residue and stop letting it ambush you
05Lead the consultation instead of being led by it
06Protect your reputation and your column
What's inside the course

Six modules. One diagnostic muscle.

01

Reading the Canvas

Natural depth, underlying pigment, porosity mapping, section differences. Diagnose before you decide.

02

Residue Investigation

Artificial pigment, direct dye, mineral build-up, toner stain. Spot what's sitting on the hair before it ruins your result.

03

Evidence & Strand Testing

How to run a strand test that actually tells you something. Elasticity, porosity, lift prediction.

04

Method Selection

Developer logic, timing windows, sectioning strategy, toning order. Pick the route that protects the hair.

05

Execution & Control

Application speed, saturation, processing checks, backwash decisions. Adjust in real time without panic.

06

Correction Cases

Real corrections worked through the C.R.I.M.E. order. Khaki toners, banded lift, brassy regrowth, fashion-shade fade.

Founder Statement

"I built CSI because I was tired of watching brilliant hairdressers panic over problems they had every right to solve."

Colour education taught you formulas. It didn't teach you how to think. The Colour Crime Framework gives you the decision order I wish someone had handed me three decades ago. It's not magic. It's mechanism. And once you have it, you stop guessing for good.

The Questions

Objections, answered straight.

I've already done colour theory. Is this just a recap?+

No. Colour theory tells you what pigments do. The Colour Crime Framework tells you how to make a decision when the canvas is unknown, the history is messy and the client is already in the chair. It's the layer on top of theory most courses skip.

I'm newly qualified. Is this too advanced?+

It's actually the system you wish you'd been taught at college. The earlier you build diagnostic thinking, the fewer corrections you'll spend the next 10 years cleaning up. Newly qualified stylists get the most long-term value.

Will it work with the colour brand I already use?+

Yes. The framework is brand-agnostic. It teaches you how to read hair and choose method. You apply it inside whichever colour line your salon uses.

I don't have time to sit and study. How long is it?+

Self-paced and built for busy stylists. Modules are short, focused and structured so you can watch one on a lunch break and use it on your next client.

Can I pay in instalments?+

Yes. Payment plans are available at the Stan Store checkout. Pick the option that suits your column.

How long do I get access?+

Lifetime access. Including any updates to the framework, worksheets and case files.

Closing Statement

The bowl doesn't lie.
Neither will the canvas.
